Spa GAA is delighted to support an upcoming Activator Walking Pole Programme taking place at our Community Walking Track, in collaboration with Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership.
This initiative has been facilitated locally with the support of our Health & Wellbeing Committee, helping to bring additional opportunities for activity and social connection into the community.
The programme will be delivered by Ramona Keogh, a tutor with Kerry Recreation & Sports Partnership, who specialises in the Activator technique — designed to improve mobility, balance, strength and overall fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

This 4-week programme combines indoor and outdoor sessions and is ideal for those looking to build confidence, improve balance, or return to gentle physical activity.
