A sincere thanks to Evelyn and Pa Murphy who kindly purchased stretch bands for our Spa U14 Girls & Boys, which were handed out to players ahead of Christmas.
The bands will be a great addition to training, supporting warm-ups, mobility and strength work for players at this important age.
