Well done to our u14s who beat Legion at home on Tuesday evening in the East Kerry League. An even start was broken by a well taken goal by Jack Glesson. Legion responded well to level it before Eric Corcoran finished a good move to the bottom left corner for a 4 point half time lead, 2-5 to 1-4.
Spa gained control early in the 2nd half, scores by Torin Lyne and a penalty by Eric left us eight clear. Legion rallied with 2 goals despite our best and resolute defensive efforts, but our boys controlled the final minutes and Jack Glesson wrapped it up with a well taken score at the end for a 3-11 to 3-8 win.
